Assisted Living Basic
- Studio apartment—beginning at $2,325/month
- Deluxe studio apartment—beginning at $2,485/month
- Grand studio apartment—beginning at $3,095/month
- One bedroom apartment—beginning at $3,800/month
- Second occupancy charge—beginning at $800/month
Assisted Living Respite
Our daily Respite rate is $125 per day. This rate includes the services listed below.
While staying with us at Heritage Springs, most of your basic needs are included in our basic rate. This includes all meals, laundry, housekeeping, activities, emergency response system, 24-hour staffing and scheduled transportation to shopping and medical appointments.

Services and Amenities Included in Assisted Living Basic Service
- A reserved, private or semi-private apartment, including a kitchenette, full bathroom, fixtures and maintenance services as necessary.
- All basic utilities excluding telephone service and other-than-basic-cable TV service, both of which are available through a private agreement between the resident and the local utilities.
- Three nutritious meals served daily in the community dining room; snacks are always available.
- Weekly housekeeping service.
- Weekly laundering of flat linens and personal laundry.
- Emergency response system; 24-hour community staffing.
- Life enrichment services; wellness program.
- Full access to the community's common amenities and landscaped grounds.
- Scheduled transportation services to shopping and medical appointments.
- Structured activities and social program, with transportation for sponsored activities.
Additional Services Not Included in Assisted Living Basic Service
For individuals requiring additional assistance, the community will provide a variety of enhanced services to meet changing health care needs. Individual service plans are determined by comprehensive assessments conducted by our health care professionals. Kingswood Court Memory Care
- Private studio—beginning at $4,475/month
- Private deluxe studio—beginning at $4,575/month

- Private/shared apartment—beginning at $4,175/month
Kingswood Court Memory Care Respite
Our daily Respite rate is $175 per day. This rate includes the services listed below.

- A reserved, private or semi-private apartment, including a full bathroom, fixtures and maintenance services necessary.
