Management TeamTina Anderegg, Executive DirectorTina Anderegg has been in the health care industry her entire career. Working in acute care and rehabilitation hospitals, a large multi-specialty medical group, and then almost twelve years ago went to work in her first assisted living community. She’s been an Executive Director for ten of those years. She loves and is very passionate about working for seniors and their families! She was very close to her Grandparents, especially her Grandmother. A few of her interests are gardening, shopping, going to concerts, and spending time with family. Bernadette Berdella, Business Office ManagerBernadette has been in Business Management for over 25 years. She has worked in various industries but started her career with the Assisted Living communities in Michigan. When moving to Las Vegas, she wanted to work in the Assisted Living Industry because she loves being with senior citizens. “My residents are like family to me – they come to me with questions or just want to tell me a little story. I have learned a lot of things just by taking the time to sit with them.” Bernadette started her career with BPM at Regency Palms, our sister community, but recently transferred to Heritage Springs. As the Business Office Manager, she keeps busy all day with paperwork for the residents and employees. She looks forward to coming to work every day because she loves all the residents. Her involvement with Heritage Springs runs deep and she participates in all the events. She feels that the more she gets involved, the more she learns from our residents. Bernadette has three grown children (two of which live in Las Vegas) and one granddaughter. Cerstin Matz, RN, Health Services DirectorCerstin joined the Heritage Springs Team as the Assistant of Health Service Administration in 2009 and was promoted to the Health Service Administrator in May 2010. She was born in Kaiserslautern, Germany and educated in the public schools. After graduating the Education School II Economy and Administration, she entered the General Medical Council of Rhineland Palatinate for her nursing training and became an RN in only three years. After working for the City Hospital in their Radiology Department and working for an Internal Physician, the government of Germany hired her to oversee the health services division. Cerstin is married to a chef and has a beautiful 14 year old daughter. Jackie Knudsen, Marketing DirectorIn May 2009, Jackie joined Heritage Springs Assisted Living & Memory Care. Prior to joining the company, she worked in the Assisted Living industry as the Business Development Coordinator at another Las Vegas property, and quickly reconnected to the healthcare industry in Las Vegas. From 2006-2007, Jackie worked in Group Sales for Caesars Palace coordinating million-dollar events for leading US and International companies visiting Las Vegas. From 2003-2007, Jackie worked at the fine-dining Michael Mina restaurant in the beautiful Bellagio Hotel & Resort. In 2003, Jackie moved to Las Vegas from Palo Alto, California. While living in Palo Alto, California, Jackie met her husband, John, a local Palo Alto Restaurateur. They were married in 2002 and before moving to Las Vegas, they worked together for a year at Perrys Restaurants in Palo Alto and San Francisco. From 1998-2003, Jackie worked for the leading medical marketing research company in Silicon Valley, WWMR, Inc. Jackie conducted primary and secondary marketing research for over 100 biotech, pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies worldwide, included Genentech, Bristol Meyer-Squibb, AstraZeneca, Medtronic, and Amgen. From 1992-1998, Jackie worked as a nurse and researcher at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC, caring for spinal cord injury patients and assisting Dr. Lauro Halstead in Post-Polio research. Jackie was born in Buffalo, New York. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University, in Washington DC, in 1992 with a minor in Philosophy, concentration in Bioethics. She did continuing education studies at, University of California, Berkeley, in Marketing. Deborah Reiswig, Activity DirectorMost of my past employment had been in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and training as an emergency room tech. I have been married to my husband Ray for 31 years and with a combined family we have raised 4 wonderful children and have 5 grandchildren. We have lived in Las Vegas for 20 years, moving here from Lake Arrowhead, CA. to care for my mother. Robert Sipagan, Building Services ManagerRobert has been in the Engineering/Maintenance field thru Hospitality, Residential and Commercial businesses for over 6 years and just recently became a new member of management for Heritage Springs Assisted Living and Memory Care. He was born in the Philippines, and migrated to Annapolis, Maryland, in his teen years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and girls, ages 15, 7, 5 and 3. They love hanging out in their backyard next to the pool, barbequing when the weather is nice, and getting together for family gatherings. They have a male Shih-Tsu, Max, who is about a year old. Robert is a Mix Martial Artist and loves watching his favorite sport “UFC” (Ultimate Fighting Championship). |
