While in Michigan she began her career as the Business Office Manager for an Assisted Living Facility and loved it. She moved to Las Vegas 4 years ago and looked for a job in the same field because she loves working with senior citizens, they are like family to her.

Deborah Reiswig, Activity Director

Most of my past employment had been in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and training as an emergency room tech. I have been married to my husband Ray for 31 years and with a combined family we have raised 4 wonderful children and have 5 grandchildren. We have lived in Las Vegas for 20 years, moving here from Lake Arrowhead, CA. to care for my mother.

As a child, due to personal illness I was raised in the quiet home of my grandparents and that being said, has instilled in me a certain kinship with the elderly. I have a great respect for them and love bringing joy through activities to them.

Some 5 years ago I came to Heritage Springs as a volunteer in the Activity Department. After 2 years of on—the—job training I was given the chance to become Activity Director. Everyday I meet new challenges that help me grow and learn new ways to enrich and improve the lives of others, and most of what I have learned comes from the ones who have so much left to give, the Residents.

Daniel Casillas Sr., Maintenance Director & Housekeeping Supervisor.

Born and raised in San Fernando, Calif. I bring 23 years of General Construction experience and 7 years of Apartment Maintenance to Heritage Springs. I have built anything from Tract homes, Commercial Tenant Improvements, complete Residential Remodels to Custom Homes. On my spare time I enjoy coaching Little League Baseball, which I did for 10 years in California, or rooting for my Los Angeles Dodgers! I am also a big NHRA Drag Racing fan. Listening to Blues and Jazz on the weekend are also a pastime I enjoy.
