Cathy Helton, Executive Director

Cathy Helton is the Executive Director for Heritage Springs. She is responsible for overseeing the operation of the community and ensuring that the residents at Heritage receive the highest quality of care and services. Cathy holds a Bachelor’s in Business in Healthcare Administration and has a career long history of caring for residents as an Executive Director however, also is a University of Missouri graduate with her Nursing Degree.

Cathy is a Las Vegas native however, she started her healthcare career in Missouri and has traveled all over the West half of the United States working in Leadership roles for the last fifteen years. Cathy came back to Las Vegas permanently six years ago, and has a strong passion for ensuring only the very finest care for aging seniors in her home state.

Cathy is passionately involved in education and research for brain injuries and cancer organizations within the community and nationally. For fun, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking trips and spending time on the beach in the summer.

Ericka Mattson, Business Office Manager

Ericka came to the United States when she was 15 years old.  She lived with her family in Douglas, Arizona.  She graduated high school with a college scholarship but instead of attending college she decided to get married and begin a family.  When she is not at work she can be found on the baseball field with her boys.  Her oldest son has plans to enlist in the U.S. Air Force.

Ericka recently relocated to Las Vegas from Georgia where she was the Administrative Assistant at Benton House Senior Living.  She fell in love with the friendly atmosphere and is excited to be a part of the Heritage family.

Celeste Anderson, Dining Services Director

Celeste has been the Dining Services Director at Heritage Springs since 2010. Originally from California, she began her career in dining services in 2000 at Willow Creek Assisted Living in Las Vegas. The experience was the perfect training ground that allowed Celeste to work side-by-side with some of the best chefs in the industry.

When not cooking exceptional meals, she enjoys spending time with her four children.
