Ericka Mattson, Business Office Manager

Ericka came to the United States when she was 15 years old.  She lived with her family in Douglas, Arizona.  She graduated high school with a college scholarship but instead of attending college she decided to get married and begin a family.  When she is not at work she can be found on the baseball field with her boys.  Her oldest son has plans to enlist in the U.S. Air Force.

Ericka recently relocated to Las Vegas from Georgia where she was the Administrative Assistant at Benton House Senior Living.  She fell in love with the friendly atmosphere and is excited to be a part of the Heritage family.

Bryan Cox, Community Relations Director

Haling originally from Upstate New York, Bryan relocated to Las Vegas in the fall of 2015, and joined the Heritage Springs team in 2017.  He enjoys helping families and potential residents with their decision to move into senior living and is excited to be part of such a passionate team.  Bryan has had the pleasure of interacting with people in a variety of industries during his career, including the hospitality, energy and material handling fields.  He has experience in sales, management, oversight of operations and human resource activities.  Bryan now enjoys the privilege of working with the compassionate and professional staff here at Heritage Springs, and the great people who make up the community.  He is a graduate of Utica Free Academy and Herkimer County Community College.  In his free time he enjoys weight lifting & bicycling.

Kevin Snyder, Community Outreach Director

After earning a Gerontology degree in 2010 Kevin Snyder moved to Las Vegas from Southern California to pursue a career in Senior Living.  His grandmother was his inspiration and prior to moving he spent every Friday afternoon with her for five years. Once in Vegas, Kevin took a job as night janitor at a senior living community and moved up into management positions. He joined the Heritage Springs team in January 2016.
Kevin enjoys traveling the world, history and spending time with his family and friends.


Fashunda Braswell, Memory Care Coordinator

Fashunda is originally from Detroit, Michigan and has been involved in the healthcare industry since 2003.  She began her career in home health care and transitioned into assisted living and memory care in 2008 where she discovered her true passion for caring for seniors. In 2012 she relocated with her family to Las Vegas and joined the team at Heritage Springs.  Her personality, enthusiasm & passion for the residents has opened more opportunities for her within the company and in April 2015 she was promoted to Activities Director.  Fashunda is very excited about the accomplishments she has made at the community and looks forward to many more years of service.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her four children.

Celeste Anderson, Dining Services Director

Celeste has been the Dining Services Director at Heritage Springs since 2010. Originally from California, she began her career in dining services in 2000 at Willow Creek Assisted Living in Las Vegas. The experience was the perfect training ground that allowed Celeste to work side-by-side with some of the best chefs in the industry.

When not cooking exceptional meals, she enjoys spending time with her four children.
