Assisted Living is not a nursing home, adult foster home or convalescent home although we can perform some of those functions. Assisted Living is for people who want to live independently but just need help with some daily activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning and household maintenance. Quarterly assessments conducted by our wellness staff ensure that additional help is provided when appropriate.
Imagine a luxury cruise ship with additional personal services. Live in a private stateroom, dine restaurant-style in an elegant dining room and participate in a host of social, cultural and recreational activities while making new friends along the way. Personal services from medication assistance to escorts to dining and activities can be added any time needs or desires change.
